Detailed Itinerary 

Day 1: Pick up and transfer to Kibale National Park

On arrival, you will be picked up by the company guide who will transfer you to Kibale National Park. You will arrive at lunchtime and then you will start over with lunch. After lunch, you will be transferred to the Bigodi Cultural Community for a community engagement. While in the community, you will engage in several activities like Wetland walks, coffee roasting, banana brewing, and many others.

Day 2: Chimpanzee trekking and transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park

Day 2 will start with a morning breakfast at a lodge and then you will transfer to the park headquarters for the briefing about the chimpanzee trekking. Then you will go ahead with the activity which will take about 2 to 7 hours of the day. Upon meeting the chimps, you will be allowed to spend one hour in their presence. Make the most of this hour since it is one of the highlights of your 7 days Uganda wildlife and kayaking tour. Later on, you will transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park. On arrival in the park, you will start over with the evening game drive around the park. Several wildlife like lions, leopards, buffaloes, warthogs, and many others will be sited.

Day 3: Game and transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

You will go ahead with a morning game drive within the Kasenyi plains. In the game drive, lions, leopards, elephants, buffaloes, and many others. Then, you will go ahead with a transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park.

Day 4: Gorilla trekking and transfer to Lake Bunyonyi

Gorilla trekking is the activity that will start over day 4 where it will start with a briefing at the park headquarters. Then you will continue with the activity in the park which will take about 2 to 7 hours. Once you meet the gorillas, you will be allowed to spend one hour in their presence. Take as many photos as you wish but ensure to follow the gorilla trekking rules and regulations. You will have a lunch break and then take a tour around the Batwa Villages. The Batwa are the ancient dwellers in the rainforests of Uganda, Rwanda, and the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Later on, you will continue to Lake Bunyonyi for dinner and overnight.

Day 5: Transfer to Kampala via the Uganda Equator

On day 5, you will start over with the transfer to Kampala, and on arrival in Mbarara, you will have lunch. Then you will continue to Kampala with yet another stopover at the Uganda Equator. Here, you will get a chance to step into the two hemispheres of the earth.

Day 6: Kayaking on River Nile

While in Kampala on your second last day, you will start over with the transfer to Jinja which will take about 3 hours. On arrival in Jinja, you will go Kayaking which will take about 3 to 5 hours of the day. No water experience beats kayaking the crazy waters of the world’s longest river – the River Nile. You will enjoy scenic views of the surrounding areas and create everlasting memories.

Day 7: Bungee jump and transfer to Kampala

You will start your day with breakfast and then you will go ahead with bungee jumping which will take about 2 to 3 hours of the day. Then you will be transferred to Kampala and on arrival in Kampala, you will either be transferred to the airport for your outbound flight or the hotel as you advise. This will mark the end of your 7 days Uganda wildlife and kayaking tour.
