Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Pick up and transfer to Akagera National Park
On day one of the 7 Days Rwanda Honeymoon Adventure, you will be picked up from Kigali and then transferred to the Akagera National Park. The transfer will take about 3 hours. As you arrive in the park, you will start over with lunch and then go ahead with the transfer to Lake Ihema for a boat cruise. While on the boat cruise, several wildlife will be seen like crocodiles, hippos, buffaloes, monitor lizards, and many others.

Day 2: Full-day adventure in Akagera National Park
You will start your day with the morning game drive in Akagera National Park around the different trails. While in the park, you see several wildlife like lions, leopards, elephants, buffaloes, hippos, zebras, giraffes, and many others. In the afternoon, you will proceed for another game drive to see other wildlife in the park. Later you will have an evening picnic to have a view of the sunset views in the park.

Day 3: Transfer to Nyungwe Forest National Park
After your breakfast, you will go ahead with the transfer to Nyungwe Forest National Park in the southwestern part of Rwanda. The transfer will take about 6 hours. Upon arrival in the park, you will start over with lunch and then go ahead with a canopy walk around the forest of the park.

Day 4: Chimpanzee trekking and transfer to Lake Kivu
Then you will raise every morning and go ahead with a briefing at the park headquarters about chimpanzee trekking. Then you will go ahead with the chimpanzee trekking. Chimpanzee trekking will take about 2 to 7 hours of the day upon where you will see the chimpanzee. Then later you will continue to the lake kivu for the beach life. The rest of the day will be spent around the lake.

Day 5: Boat cruise on Lake Kivu and transfer to Volcanoes National Park
As you rise at sunrise, you will go ahead on a boat cruise where you will see the wildlife around the lake shores. Then you will be transferred to the Volcanoes National Park. While on the transfer, you will make a stopover at the Musanze caves which are near the park. Later on, you will continue to the park, and upon arrival, you will check into the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 6: Gorilla trekking and Ibyi’wacu community tour
On the second last day of the 7 Days Rwanda Honeymoon Adventure, you will be transferred to the park headquarters for the briefing about the gorilla trekking. Then you will go ahead with the activity which will take about 2 to 7 hours off the day. Later on, you will proceed with the visit to the Gorilla Guardians Village. While in this village, you will engage in several cultural activities like dances, coffee roasting, banana brewing, and many others.

Day 7: Transfer to Kigali city – Departure
On the 7th day of the 7 Days Rwanda Honeymoon Adventure, you will be transferred back to the park for the briefing about the golden monkey trekking. After the briefing, you will go ahead with the activity which will take about 2 to 5 hours. Later on, you will transfer to Kigali. Upon arrival in Kigali, you will either be transferred to a hotel of your choice or the airport for your outbound flight. This will mark the end of your amazing 7 Days Rwanda Honeymoon Adventure.
