7 Days Budget Tanzania Safari

The 7 days Budget Tanzania safari will take you through popular destinations and cultural communities of Tanzania. More so, the safari will take you on a low-cost budget to destinations like Lake Manyara National Park, Ngorongoro Conservation Area, Serengeti National Park, Lake Natron, Hadzabe Community, and Masai Community.

Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Pickup and Transfer to Tarangire National Park

On arrival in Arusha, you will be picked up from Arusha and then transferred to Tarangire National Park. As you arrive in the park, you will start over with lunch. Later in the afternoon, you will start over with a game drive and several wildlife will be seen like lions, leopards, elephants, buffaloes, zebras, giraffes, and many others.

Meal plan: Lunch, and dinner

Day 2: Transfer to Lake Manyara National Park

On the morning of day 2, you will start over with a transfer to Lake Manyara National Park. While in the park, you start over with a game drive which will take you to an encounter with the wildlife. The wildlife encountered includes lions, leopards, rhinos, olive baboons, and many others. You will later return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Transfer to Lake Natron and visit Masai Villages

You will be transferred to Lake Natron. This lake is known for its red waters and flamingos. Several flamingos and other bird species will be seen during the visit to the lake. Later on, you will be transferred to the Masai village for the cultural encounter. During the visit to this community, you will engage in cultural dances, storytelling, milking, and many others.

Day 4: Visit the Hadzabe community and transfer to Ngorongoro Conservation Area

During day 4 of the 7 days budget Tanzania safari, you will be transferred to the Hadzabe community. This is one of indigenous communities living a life of food gathering and hunting. While on the safari, you will engage in the different activities in this community to learn more about their life. Later on, you will transfer to the Ngorongoro conservation area. On arrival, you will be transferred to your tented camp for dinner and overnight.

Day 5: Game drive and transfer to Serengeti National Park

You will start over with a morning game drive and during the game within Ngorongoro conservation area. While on the game drive, you will see several wildlife like lions, leopards, elephants, hippos, rhinos, cheetahs, and many others. Then you will be transferred to the Serengeti National Park. Upon arrival, check in to your booked lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 6: Full-day adventure in Serengeti National Park

On your second last day, you will start over with a full-day adventure in Serengeti National Park. While on the full-day adventure, you will engage in the game drive to sight several wildlife like lions, leopards, and wildebeests. You will also have an opportunity to see the great migration of the wildlife.

Meal plan: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner

Day 7: Transfer back to Arusha – Departure

You will start over with the morning breakfast and then go ahead with the transfer to Arusha. On arrival in Arusha, you will either be transferred to the airport for your outbound flights or to the hotel of your choice in Arusha. This will mark the end of your 7 Days Budget Tanzania Safari.
