Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Pick up and transfer to Bwindi impenetrable national park

On this day 1 of the 7 days best Uganda gorillas and game viewing tour, you will be transferred to the Bwindi impenetrable national park. While on your transfer, you will make a stopover at the Uganda Equator and en-route lunch. At the Uganda Equator, you will perform the water experiments and take photos. Then later you will embark on a drive to the Bwindi impenetrable national park for the amazing gorilla trekking. On arrival at the park, you will check in to your lodge for relaxation, dinner, and overnight.

Day 2: Gorilla trekking in the Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

 After your early morning breakfast, you will proceed to the park for the amazing gorilla trekking. Upon arrival at the park headquarters, you will start with the briefing about the gorilla trekking. Then later, you proceed to the forest to track the gorillas. The activity will last for 1 to 7 hours of the day. When you meet the gorillas, you will have one hour to view them in their natural habitat. Later on, you will proceed with the community visit to the Batwa for the amazing cultural experience from the Batwa. Then in the evening, you return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Transfer to the Queen Elizabeth National Park

The park will be accessed through the southern sector or the Ishasha sector where you will make a stopover at a lodge within the park for your enroute lunch. Later, you will engage in the game drive in the Ishasha sector. You will have a possible chance to see the tree-climbing lions within the park. In the evening, you will proceed to your lodge for relaxation, dinner, and overnight.

Day 4: Early morning game drive and afternoon boat cruise

The day will start with the early morning breakfast, after which you will proceed to the Kasenyi plains for the morning game drive. During the game drive, you have a variety of wildlife to see like lions, elephants, leopards, Kobs, and many other attractions. You will return to the lodge for relaxation and lunch. After lunch, you will have a drive to the Kazinga Channel for the boat safari. During the safari, you will be able to see wildlife on the shores of the lake like elephants, hippos, buffaloes, monitor lizards, and many others. Additionally, the bird species will be spotted during the boat cruise. After the boat cruise, you will proceed to the evening crater drive where you will have the opportunity to see the sunset. Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 5: Transfer to the Murchison Falls National Park

After your morning breakfast, you will embark on the journey to the Murchison Falls National Park. While on the transfer you will have a stopover in the Fort Portal City for the visit of the Tooro Palace. Later on, you will embark on the journey. While traveling, you will experience a change in the vegetation cover and the landscape. Upon arrival at the park, you will have an evening hike to the top of the falls. Later, you will be transferred to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 6: Early morning game drive and afternoon boat cruise

On the second last day of your safari, you will start over with an early morning game drive. During the game drive you will be able to track wildlife like lions, elephants, Giraffes, warthogs, and many other wildlife. Then you will have your picnic breakfast within the park. After your picnic breakfast, you will transfer back to the hotel for relaxation and lunch. After lunch, you will proceed to Para for the boat cruise. During the boat cruise, you will see different wildlife like elephants, warthogs, hippos, and Nile crocodiles. You will also have the front view of the Murchison Falls during the boat cruise. Day 7: Rhino tracking and transfer to the Entebbe

This is one of the protected areas in Uganda where one can see the rhinos. Upon arriving in the sanctuary, you will proceed with the rhino tracking. Rhinos in this sanctuary graze freely in the area. After rhino tracking, you will proceed with the en-route lunch within the sanctuary. Then later you will proceed to Kampala.
