Detailed Itinerary 

Day 1: Pick up and transfer to Serengeti National Park

On day 1, you will be picked up by the guide in a 4×4 van for your transfer to Serengeti National Park. This is one of the most famous parks in Tanzania with large numbers of wildlife like lions, wildebeests, zebras, and many others.  On your transfer, you will have amazing views of the park’s wildlife and open savannah. Upon arrival, you will check in to the lodge for dinner and relaxation. Spend the night over in preparation for a great day ahead.

Day 2: Full-day game drive in Serengeti National Park

After your early morning breakfast, you will be transferred to the park headquarters for briefing. Later, you will proceed with a game drive through the park. You will encounter the great wildebeest migration experience. You will also see thousands of animal and bird species. Later on, you will proceed with a picnic Lunch then stay in the park and proceed with your game viewing. You will be set at the best site in the park to view the sunset in the evening. Then you will return to the lodge for dinner and relaxation which will mark the end of your day 2 of the 5 days Serengeti and Ngorongoro safari.

Day 3: Transfer to Ngorongoro Conservation Area

On this day, you will start with an early morning game drive. You will have an opportunity to see the best sunrise ever in the park. You will also proceed with a picnic breakfast in the middle of the park. Return to the lodge for refreshments. Transfer to the Ngorongoro with our packed lunch. Upon arrival in Ngorongoro, you will check into the lodge for relaxation, dinner, and overnight

Day 4: Full-day game drive in Ngorongoro Conservation Area

After your morning breakfast, you will be transferred from the lodge for a game drive in the Ngorongoro conservation area. On arrival, you will have the aerial view of the crater and later you will drive into the crater for a full day game. During this game drive, you will have the opportunity to see a variety of wildlife like rhinos, elephants, Kudus, Topi, and many other wildlife. In the afternoon, you will visit the Oduvai Gorge Museum. Here, you will see the remains of early man since they were first discovered at this place. Return to your lodge for dinner and spend the night over.

Day 5: Transfer back to Arusha – Departure

On this last day of your 5 days Serengeti and Ngorongoro safari, you will be transferred back to Arusha after your breakfast. You will enjoy the drive along the extensive lush green savannah plains. You will have an en-route lunch. The driver will drop you either at a hotel of your choice. Alternatively, you may continue to the Airport for your outbound flight as you will advise. This marks the end of your spectacular 5 days Serengeti and Ngorongoro safari.
