5 Days Calving Season Safari (Serengeti)
The 5 days calving season safari mainly focuses on the calving season during the great migration within the Serengeti National Park. This calving takes place in the Ndutu and southern areas of the Serengeti from December to March. On this safari, you will see several wildlife like predators, wildebeests, zebras, etc.

- Day 1: Transfer from Kilimanjaro International Airport to Arusha
- Day 2: Transfer to Serengeti National Park in the Ndutu area
- Day 3: Full day in the Ndutu area and transfer to the Southern part of the Serengeti National Park.
- Day 4: Full day in the southern sector
- Day 5: Transfer back to Arusha
Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Transfer from the Kilimanjaro International Airport to Arusha
You will be transferred to the hotel upon arrival at the Kilimanjaro International Airport. On arrival at the hotel, you will be given time to refresh. Then later, you will go ahead with dinner and after dinner, you will be left to rest for the rest of the night.
Meal plan: Dinner.
Day 2: Transfer to Serengeti National Park in the Ndutu area
During day 2 of the 5 days calving season safari, you start in the morning with breakfast and then proceed with a transfer to the Serengeti National Park which will be about 5 hours of the day. You will arrive at lunchtime and then later you will continue with the transfer to the Ndutu area. As you arrive in the Ndutu area, you will start with an evening game drive where you will spot a variety of wildlife.

Day 3: Full day in the Ndutu area and transfer to the Southern part of the Serengeti National Park.
After your early morning breakfast, you will drive into the Ndutu area for the morning game drive. In the game drive, you will see a variety of wildlife like lions, leopards, wildebeests, zebras, and many others. In the afternoon, you will go back for another game drive where you will see several calves of the wildebeests, zebras, elephants, and many others. Later on, you will transfer to the southern part of the park.

Day 4: Full day in the southern sector
You will start the day with an early morning breakfast, you will head into the park for the morning hot air balloon to view the wildlife in the air. You will see several wildlife in the air like lions, leopards, rhinos, wildebeests, and many more. In the afternoon, you will go ahead with a game drive to see several wildlife. In this area, it is believed to be hosting the highest number of lions since food is abundant for the lions.

Day 5: Transfer back to Arusha
On your last day, you will start over with an early morning breakfast and then you will start over with a morning game drive as you check out of the park. You will go ahead with the transfer to Arusha. You will either be dropped off at the airport or the hotel of your choice. This will mark the end of your special 5 Days Calving Season Safari.
